  First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd like
  to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how youu center yourself
  annd clear your mind before writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my

  Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave
